§3 WHO MAY HAVE ACCESS TO PERSONAL DATA?
The following persons have access to the User's Personal Data:

- State authorities for the purposes of proceedings conducted by them, if these authorities are authorized to do so under separate provisions (e.g. prosecutor's office, court, Police, Commissioner for Human Rights) and in other situations when we are obliged to do so by mandatory provisions of law;
- Employees of the administrator and persons or entities providing services to them (e.g. programmers, IT specialists, security administrators, the entity administering and maintaining the system, financial advisors, training providers) - to the extent specified by the Administrator.
§4 WHAT HAPPENS TO PERSONAL DATA IF THE USER STOP USING THE WWW.IDEAGLOBAL.PL PORTAL?
As a rule, the Administrator does not delete the User's Personal Data unless it receives an express message requesting their deletion.
Exceptionally, in accordance with applicable law, the Administrator may process the Personal Data that:

The Service Settlement presented to the User will not disclose the type, duration, frequency and other technical parameters of the individual Services used, unless the User has requested detailed information in this respect;

The Administrator may process the User's Personal Data to the extent necessary to establish liability, but for evidentiary purposes the Administrator is obliged to record the fact of obtaining and the content of the information about the unauthorized use of the Services.
§5 WHAT RIGHTS DOES THE USER HAVE IN RELATION TO HIS PERSONAL DATA?
The User has the right to request the deletion of his or her personal data.
